So many wanted me to drive to the business and make the necessary arrangements and made me feel as if I was inconveniencing them with my questions. I then remembered my parents had used Purl&#8217;s back in the 1990&#8217;s so I gave them a call. From the moment they took my first call until the job was completed, I felt as though my business was appreciated and that I was not a bother. The office ladies kept in touch with me over invoices and Chris doing the job kept me updated with the work being done. The original A\/C unit was installed by their company back in the mid 1940&#8217;s and just recently stopped working, due to age. I gave them my tenant&#8217;s phone number and they even worked with her as to her availability to be home for them to come and go as needed for the job. I HIGHLY recommend this company!
