We were very impressed with the quick response to our needs. It has been 100 plus daily and not having air conditioning is not pleasant. They came out the very next day and replaced the thermostat. We are very happy with the service and customer service we received from Purl’s sheet Metal & Air Conditioning and highly recommend them.

Owning a rental home out of town makes it hard to get companies to do service for you via just a phone call. So many wanted me to drive to the business and make the necessary arrangements and made me feel as if I was inconveniencing them with my questions. I then remembered my parents had used Purl's back in the 1990's so I gave them a call. From the moment they took my first call until the job was completed, I felt as though my business was appreciated and that I was not a bother. The office ladies kept in touch with me over invoices and Chris doing the job kept me updated with the work being done. The original A/C unit was installed by their company back in the mid 1940's and just recently stopped working, due to age. I gave them my tenant's phone number and they even worked with her as to her availability to be home for them to come and go as needed for the job. I HIGHLY recommend this company! Professional, appreciative, availability, and honest. Very hard traits to find in businesses these days. THANKS PURL'S FOR SUCH GREAT SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE! MUCH APPRECIATED!
