We called Purl for seasonsal HVAC maintenance and to fix one of our two A/C units that did not work. We are familiar with them in having done EXCELLENT inspection and repair of drain pipes in our house (Our prior HVAC service man just retired).

He was efficient in identifying and explaining the problem, had the replacement part with him (burnt coil) and took care of the problem in one visit. Such a relief.
