We called Purl for seasonsal HVAC maintenance and to fix one of our two A/C units that did not work. We are familiar with them in having done EXCELLENT inspection and repair of drain pipes in our house (Our prior HVAC service man just retired).
We recieved EXCELLENT service, on time and friendly. Christian, the technician, was very well mannered. He was efficient in identifying and explaining the problem, had the replacement part with him (burnt coil) and took care of the problem in one visit. Such a relief. FROM NOW ON, we will be calling on Purl for our HVAC needs. Thank you Purl.

After a few hands messing with my wiring (other companies too) including myself, the furnace and ac to the thermostat was a mess. Then I called Purls, calling for the "one" to fix it. Had to replace our over 20 year-old Fujitsu ductless mini split heating/cooling system due to no parts available anymore. Purls installed a Carrier system as a perfect replacement plus added an extra unit. Chuck and his team were very professional and did an excellent job with the whole process. All of them really knew their stuff.

Very professional, on time, all the service techs that come out are very knowledgeable and very courteous. They will explain what's needed if anything is needed most of the time they will have the part with them.
