Purl's is a great company to do business with! They are honest, professional, and timely. Every time they have come to my house to service my AC or heater, I have had a positive experience with them.
When my wife and I moved into our home, we needed someone to come out and service or AC. We ended up speaking to the owner of Purl's who was very friendly, honest and professional. Because of our positive experience over the phone with him, we decided to enter into an annual service agreement with Purl's, and it has been one positive experience after another with them.
Eddie is the technician that has come out to our house each time; and he always does an excellent job! He's super friendly, takes his time, and is very professional.

We called Purl for seasonsal HVAC maintenance and to fix one of our two A/C units that did not work. We are familiar with them in having done EXCELLENT inspection and repair of drain pipes in our house (Our prior HVAC service man just retired).

He was efficient in identifying and explaining the problem, had the replacement part with him (burnt coil) and took care of the problem in one visit. Such a relief. Had to replace our over 20 year-old Fujitsu ductless mini split heating/cooling system due to no parts available anymore. Purls installed a Carrier system as a perfect replacement plus added an extra unit. Chuck and his team were very professional and did an excellent job with the whole process. All of them really knew their stuff.
