Very prompt when my AC quit during 100 degrees weather. Been with Purls over 20 years.
Outstanding service didn't try and upsell me things I didn't need , verses other companies who want to charge an arm and leg
Referred by church friend who's been dealing with Purl's forever; called got appointment right away as they wanted to make sure I was taken care of; from initial call to Richard Technician absolutely fantastic service!! I definitely wholeheartedly recommend them ????????????????
The tech that came to service and repair my unit did a great job. He made sure that he kept me updated on the process as he did it. I am very appreciative of the service he provided.
Excellent service; friendly, knowledgable staff
Andy was thoroughly professional! His knowledge and people skills hooked us, along with the quality of the product and service. Chris and Luke were a joy to work with; they are highly skilled and courteous.
We have been with them for years. They have the expertise of a large company, but treat you like a neighborhood business.
Service person always arrives on time. Always courteous and friendly. We pay annually for a spring and winter inspection of our HVAC system. Reasonably priced.
We love Purl Sheet Metal. The service providers are always friendly and professional. The work is completed quickly and we have always been happy with their work. We would highly recommend Purl Sheet Metal.
The two technicians who installed our new direct vent Bradford White gas water heater deserve a bonus! I even tried to give them one but they declined it. Very professional attitude and expert workmanship! Thank you, Purl's.
