I have had only good knowledgeable interaction with Purl's! They have done work on our industrial refrigeration condenser packages, office air conditioning service and replacement in two of my offices, right now I have a request for rain gutter fabrication and installation. When I have a question, over the years they haven't let a day go by with out a clear reasonable explanation. I have tried many other companies over the years, but you will be hard pressed to find another company that can compare to their pricing, knowledge, and service.

If one word could describe Purl's, it would be EXCEPTIONAL! The office, sales, and installation staff are truly professionals. From start to finish, our Bosch Heat Pump installation was a great experience. Now that we have had our heat pump for 4 months, I would recommend the switch over from traditional HVAC. When you make that investment, do it with Purl's! Thanks to Jeff, Karen, Arthur, Mario, Chris, Pat and Alicia.
I have been with Purl for eight years, as they do the maintenance and semi-annual servicing of my HVAC system. Pat in the office is great, and the guys that have come to my house are super professional, helpful, and explain everything. If I could give more than five stars, I would.

Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority at Fresno State has used the services of Purl's for over 15 years. Our sorority house is a home to 40 live in Active members and a house mom who oversees the property. Purl's has always been here for us from replacing units (we have a total of 6), replacing air ducts, replacing thermostates, servicing our 2 swamp coolers in the kitchen, cleaning the dryer vents and a maintenance package of servicing our units two times a year. If something goes south they have been quick to respond. We definitely can count on Purl's! We appreciate them and recommend them highly. ????
