I have used Purls for my HVAC at my home as well as at my business for the past 20 years. They have never let me down, and I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone I know. This Company is professional, friendly and very clean. I never hesitate to refer them to family and friends.
Our air conditioning was having issues a week ago on Friday. I contacted a different company because they had installed a hot water heater for us in June. Their tech came out on Saturday and I told him the unit is running, but no cold air is coming out. Tech was on the roof about 10-15 minutes. He came to the door and told me our unit was pretty old, has a leak in the coil and had no refrigerate left in it, and the unit was frozen. He said it would cost about $10,000 to repair or at least $20,000 to replace, but we have financing. After discussing the situation with my wife we decided to get a second opinion.
My wife's stepfather has used Purl in the past. I spoke to one of the owners Kurt and he said someone could be out later on Saturday afternoon. One of Purl's senior techs Kenny came and I told him what the tech from the other company told me. Kenny went up on the roof for about 10-15 minutes than asked me to come outside so he could show me a photo. While Kenny was looking at the unit he had us turn the air on which is something the other tech never asked us to do. First Kenny said you DO NOT HAVE A LEAK IN YOUR COIL and second UNIT IS FULL OF REFRIGERATE! Picture he show me was a piece of insulation that was stuck in the air duct. Kenny said that shouldn't be there! Kenny asked if could come in the house and look in the vents and attic. When he went up into the attic he saw that the main air duct that goes to the unit had been smashed like a pancake. Kenny said that's your problem right there.
Kenny took the time to investigate and find out what the problem was because it suddenly stopping didn't make any sense. Kenny was professional, nice and most of all HONEST!! Purl is who we will call for any work we need on our AC in the future not Lee's!!!! I would definitely give Purl 100% and 5 ?? rating
I called to have my AC unit serviced. I was expecting a week waiting period. I was happy to hear that they would be here the following day. ??????

Purl's replaced our A/C unit and duct works years ago. We enrolled in their maintenance program and have always been impressed with the professional and courteous staff -same with our recent repair.
All I can say is….wow! My Dad had a hard time finding someone to work on his swamp cooler, which he prefers over his regular a/c unit.
A handyman came out and replaced some things but left us with a terrible grinding noise that he did not know how to fix I found Purl's on Angi's list and they called me the same day, made an appointment for the following morning, and fixed the issue in just 2 hours.

I highly recommend Purls they came out exactly when they said they would. I have used them for multiple jobs now and All of the technicians that have come out have been very professional and always keep everything very neat and clean while working and when they were done. They have done repairs on existing AC units and duct work in our commercial building as well as on my home and now new units for both. I couldn't be happier thank you Purls for your excellent service and for the savings on my utility bills.
We've been clients of Purls since June of 2019 and twice now they have saved us with our AC unit. They replaced a compressor in 2019 and now a fan that seized up on a Saturday night. They came out Sunday and within an hour had a new fan on and it was back in service. I always recommend them when someone asks.
Tech was helpful knowledgeable and knew what to deal with to resolve problem in attic.
