Jeff was very professional and went the extra step to make sure we stayed cool until our appointment date. Offered to put in more Freon in my old unit free of charge to accommodate their busy schedule. Called around for other quotes and no one offered this type of service. Very happy with my new unit and how they don't cut corners to under sale you a lesser unit. By far the best warranty and their years in business speak for themselves.

Purl's Sheet Metal & Air Conditioning always does a wonderful job maintaining our HVAC system.
Jeff and his crew are the best. Purls AC, are a class act, from start to finish we were walked thru every step of the install. I was never talked down to or speak in jargon we did not understand. My family and I love the whisper quite sound of the new unit, we sometimes forget that it is even on. I highly recommend Purl's sheet and AC.

As in my previous experience with Purl's, everything was great. Arrived on time, inquired about my concerns, answered questions, took care of the problem. Even went out of his way to remove a dead rat from attic. Can't find better service.
