Technician fixed the issue and cleaned the unit. Arrived on time and was very friendly and I knowledgable.
There were 2 different occasions, both times the technicians were courteous, worked preformed in a very hot attic and had the most positive attitude i have ever seen under such duress. FYI it 106 the day the work was preformed. I had been told by another HVAC company that parts for my HVAC were not possible to get this company found them quickly they were shipped and received in 3 days and then installed

Our air conditioning went out on a Thursday afternoon in hundred plus degree weather.Gabriel from Pearls was that are home early Friday morning and stayed working on our 20 year-old system through the heat of the day for 12 hours to make sure our air conditioning was working before he went home late Friday evening. My air conditioner was completely dead and they showed up and save the day giving me all the information I needed to be able to get a new AC installed before the next heat wave. Jeff was so nice helping me and my family understand our options as well as alternitives.
My entire experience was great with Purl's! Kenny came out for the diagnosis of my problem (bad compressor) and allowed me to watch him work and we chatted it up. He gave me a quote and a timeframe. Ricky and his partner, I think his name was Steven, showed up on the day I was given, were on time, and done before the time I was given allowing me to go on about my business. No surprise charges, no trouble, and friendly technicians!
