Our air conditioning went out on a Thursday afternoon in hundred plus degree weather.Gabriel from Pearls was that are home early Friday morning and stayed working on our 20 year-old system through the heat of the day for 12 hours to make sure our air conditioning was working before he went home late Friday evening. My entire experience was great with Purl's! Kenny came out for the diagnosis of my problem (bad compressor) and allowed me to watch him work and we chatted it up. He gave me a quote and a timeframe. Ricky and his partner, I think his name was Steven, showed up on the day I was given, were on time, and done before the time I was given allowing me to go on about my business. No surprise charges, no trouble, and friendly technicians!
I was so pleased to have my A/C fixed in my family room which is very large and has it's own A/C. Normally when it gets hot, it won't go below 80 plus degrees. The young man who came so very accurate in his estimate of what was wrong and it was a slow leak. He put more freon and sprayed to seal the leaks. It worked immediately. Thank you so very much for your help. It saved me for this hot Summer. I couldn't be more appreciative!
