I was so pleased to have my A/C fixed in my family room which is very large and has it's own A/C. Normally when it gets hot, it won't go below 80 plus degrees. The young man who came so very accurate in his estimate of what was wrong and it was a slow leak. He put more freon and sprayed to seal the leaks. It worked immediately. Thank you so very much for your help. It saved me for this hot Summer. I couldn't be more appreciative!
Juan was extremely courteous and professional. He immediately diagnosed the problem and was able to correct the issues with my air conditioner. Thank you so much for fast service.

I have been with Purl's for over twenty years and have received excellent service since the first visit. The technicians are well versed in what they do and how to do it in a timely, efficient manner. Couldn't ask for anything more than that.
Recently we had an appointment with Purls to have our gutters cleaned but they did so much more. Not only did they clean but they repaired corners and areas where the gutters had dropped over time and were no longer level They even fixed the bent gutter where "the owner' had run into it with the motor home. The team that was here has worked for us before and they proved once again that they are self starters and thorough without direction. They represent their company very well. We appreciate their service. It rained soon after and there were no more leaks. Whenever Purls employees are working here they are polite, tidy and considerate of the home owner.
My experiences are extensive and long term. The staff always knows what they are doing and I have never gotten the feeling they were just winging it. Too many HVAC contractors give the impression they don't want to fix a unit just replace it!
Purl's Sheet Metal and staff were all very prompt, professional, courteous and focused on the job that needed to be done. I would hire them again!
