The guys that came out and installed my rain gutters were on time and very polite. Because we had such a good experiences with Purl's we signed up for your air and heat protection plan. ????
Great customer service! I called after hours and they responded immediately. When we were told that are A/C was beyond repair they had a new unit installed in short order.
We had an issue with water leaking from one of our light fixtures and Purls was recommended to us. Absolutely brilliant company. Highly recommend them. The issue was resolved very quickly. We needed a new Air conditioning unit and Purls sent one of their team members to assess our needs. We received our quote in an extremely timely manner and everything that needed to be done was explained in detail. Within 1 week of ordering our new equipment the new unit was installed within 2 days. The team that came were highly efficient, courteous and friendly. every measure was taken to keep the work and surrounding areas clean and clean up was fast and efficient. Any questions i had were answered immediately. All over a fabulous company.
