Our fireplace insert would not stay on. Was efficiently repaired within 24 hours of call. Technician was professional and courteous. Price was extremely reasonable.
I want to thank Jeff Fagan who was so patient with me while we tried to schedule my AC/Furnace installation during days that kept returning to triple digit heat. We finally were able to schedule it the first week of Oct.
Luke, Ernesto, and Victor were here on Wed and Thurs. They worked diligently each day, were so very respectful, and just a pleasure to have around my home.
Luke, Ernesto, and Chuck returned on Fri to complete the work and to add the much needed insulation. Again, nothing but professional work ethics by all and a pleasure to have around my home.
I'm not savvy about these types of things but everything appeared to go smoothly and I feel confident that I will have a much more comfortable house in the months ahead.

Jeff was very professional and went the extra step to make sure we stayed cool until our appointment date. Offered to put in more Freon in my old unit free of charge to accommodate their busy schedule. Called around for other quotes and no one offered this type of service. Very happy with my new unit and how they don't cut corners to under sale you a lesser unit. By far the best warranty and their years in business speak for themselves.

I just wanted to let Purls know Eddie was fantastic. He was professional and courteous. He wore his mask around me even as hot as it was. He worked to find what was wrong with our unit. Thankfully ???? he found it and we are cool again this evening. Thank you!
