Recently our air conditioner gave out on the Saturday before the beginning of what was to be many hot days during the 4th of July holiday. We were able to make contact with Purl's and Representative Jeff Fagan came out to meet with us first thing Monday morning. Jeff was very helpful and informative . We decided to replace our entire HVAC (split) system with a new efficient system that met our needs. We were fortunate to have a crew available and ready to remove the old and install the new on Wednesday morning. Chuck, Sal & Mario did a great job showing courtesy and professionalism the entire time. They covered up the closet wardrobe, entryway and hallway with plastic and kept any dust, insulation to a very minimum and cleaned up behind all of the work done. They made it a priority to install the new air conditioner first so we would have a comfortable cool home once again which we really appreciated. We are beyond grateful to the entire staff from the initial point of contact until the end. Purl's has been a staple in Madera for a very long time. My wife Ofelia, our fur babies and I appreciate them all. Thank you !
