WOW...I don't even know where to start!!! Great customer service, straight forward and to the point. We had a blower motor fail on a Carrier unit on a Friday (mind you this is a 24-7 call center)...contacted Purl's just before lunch on the same day...I expected to hear "oh we cant make it out till next week," just like all the other service companies were telling me but to my surprise I did not get that response from Purl's...the response I had was them trying to make every effort to help us out as soon as possible. After giving more details about our situation to Purl's they were proactively doing research on finding a motor before we had even committed to getting them out to fix the issue. I knew right then and there they were going to be the ones to get us up and running that same day!!! That is exactly what happened, they came to the rescue with the correct motor on hand, replaced and tested the system and we were up and running at close of business the same day. Best transaction I have been part of. Thank you Pat and the Purl's team for a job well done!!!
I called because our AC had gone out, they fit us in the same day! Victor was on time, respectful and knowledgeable and got us back up and running. Will definitely use them again.

We've been using Purl's now for over three years. They have always been professional and have provided incredible service for both our Heating And Air Conditioning. We had to have some extensive work done this week and they did a phenomenal job from start to finish. I highly recommend their services. They sent it to highly trained technicians, Chuck & Omar. They were incredibly thorough and explained each stage of their installation.

Purl's has been the local state of the art for professional service for many years. They did the original installation of climate control systems when we built our house 20 years ago, so when it came time to replace our A/C we gave them a shot at our business again. Fast and courteous, knowledgeable and professional, we're really happy with the work Purl's has done for us. Highly recommended!
From the first phone call to the final delivery, the performance of the entire Purl staff was flawless. My experience with Jacob was exceptional. He communicated clearly, he offered professional, help and guidance where needed, he responded after hours to time sensitive concerns, and was polite and cheerful throughout the entire process. Purl's did an excellent job replacing our HVAC system. They came quickly and efficiently installing a new system even providing us a portable unit so we could rest comfortably during 100 degree weather. We are very happy and cool.
A blessing as always the technician Kenny came out today to help with my unit. They moved at lightning g speed in response to my call Sunday evening by 8:10 am on Monday and had my unit working perfectly. Good job purls
Purl's Sheet M. & AC installed a complete Heat Pump system (same system heats and cools interior air), including ducting and registers. They also installed a new tankless (on demand) water heater. They also made recommendations based on my particular situation. They provided different options and I made the final choice of which units to install. They were patient with my taking a number of days to review the alternate proposals, do research on the Internet and ask them more questions. After I made the final purchase decisions Purl's technicians did the work in a timely manner and kept the work areas clean while also containing the dust. When completed they removed all refuse and an old evaporative cooler, wall heater and water heater. I've been using the new systems for about a month and very happy so far. I should also see some significant reduction in energy use, but I need to have more time to see how that works out. Since I made the final choices on the systems installed, I will be responsible for whether there are significant financial savings.
My home is in Fresno, but I chose a Madera based company, Purl's, to provide my new systems. When I researched, including getting bids from Fresno based companies, I was disappointed by the results. I researched companies on the Internet and discovered Purl's. I'm glad I did.
